Ah doh like secrets dey can cause a quarrel. De minute someone tell me dat dey want to tell me a secret, an’ I is de only one dey go tell it too, de warnin’ bells does go off in meh head. Ah does say to dem, “Doh tell me, nah, me doh care to hear.” Secret tellers always tell secrets to more than one person, so, ah does make sure de doh tell me nothin’. One time ago a Secret teller did tell me dat ah was de only one dey go tell their secret. Weeks later de Secret teller came to me an’ say dat meh mout’ does run, ah tell people dey secret. Dey know ah did because ah was de only one dey tell. Ah did get flamin’ mad an’ ah had to tell dem how dey was born. Ah did not say nothin’ to nobody so dey better remember who else dey did tell dey secret too. Well de Secret teller did say dat dey did tell two other people, an’ dey sure dem people eh go talk. Wah de Fire Under Chinee Kitchen wrong wit’ dem.
I do not like secrets, they can be contentious. The moment someone tells me that they want to tell me a secret, and I am the only one they are going to tell, the warning bells in my head does go off. I would say to them “Don’t tell me. I am not interested.” Secret tellers always tell secrets to more than one person, so, I insist on not hearing the secret.” I remember a Secret teller told me I was the only one they were going to tell their secret. Some weeks later the Secret teller came to me and said that I like to talk too much. The secret is out and they know that I told someone because I was the only one, they told. I got upset and I had to tell them where to get off, I angrily told them that they must have told other people. The Secret teller eventually said that they did tell other people and they are sure those people would not talk. I got really angry and started to cuss... I sometimes wonder WTF is wrong with some people!
