On a healthy note:

I cut flour and rice out of my diet. I eat more vegetables and ground provisions and I feel real good.  Sweet potato is added to my daily meal. I eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are lots of health benefits in sweet potato. I cook my potato by baking in the oven or by steaming. Health benefits: Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Iron, magnesium, Potassium, carotenoids like beta carotene.
