Start your day thinking good things about yourself and your
family. Don’t worry about the people who do not care about you. Remember not
everybody is going to like you and vice versa.
Be kind to your child or children. Stop find fault, it makes you
stressfully tired. Think about what you did and what you did not like when you
were a child. You might be passing on the same things to your child or
children. Just; be an honest to goodness person. Be loving and kind. You will
feel a lot better. A wonderful safe day
to you and yours.
