Cinnamon tea. For A fever, cough, sore throat etc.,

Boil 1 stick or a piece of cinnamon for 15 minutes in two cups of water. Pour into a coffee cup and add brown sugar, honey or however you like. Drink it hot It will make you sweat out the infection.

Please note I am not a doctor, but I am sharing a home remedy my parents used to treat our family if we had a cough, sore throat or a fever.  Cinnamon. (They used other bush medicine. (Herbal teas.)  Christmas bush, fever grass (lemon grass), Shandilay bush, Sirrio bush and many others. Do you remember any? We have to go back to basic.
