wanted to kill him because they believed that there was no land to be found… He
prayed to God to find land and he promised God he would dedicate it to him if
he finds it. On July 31st 1498 , they saw 3 mountain peaks. When they got to shore he
knelt down and he dedicated the island to God. Do not loose sight of God, he is
right there, every single minute of the day!
