There are so many people impaired of their mental faculties walking around, some of them dress in degrading, humiliating, debasing, undignified, corrupting, mortifying, shameful, unbecoming and I can go on and on about the way they are dressed. To me it is not funny, it is sad. Life is unpredictable so we really don’t know what tomorrow would bring into our space…
