I got up this morning at my usual hour, 4am and I thanked God for making me see another day. I felt real good so I showered, dress in my track suit, sneakers. Put my hair in ponytail and headed out for a long walk. Arrived home, had a cup of coffee with evaporated milk and condensed milk. Showered prepared my husband breakfast and lunch. He headed out to work. I said my prayers and did a bit of meditation, now I am writing this.

After all a girl could salivate a little bit about her coffee drinking days because it is ALL FOOLS DAY!
