Yes they are your friends and you probably have very happy times when you get together, but they are not your child/children’s friends. Remember to pay attention to your children and the company they keep. There are too many situations where children are being molested, mistreated by a family friend. I told my children when they were younger, that mom and dad’s friends are not their friends. If they ever feel uncomfortable in their presence let us know. I thank God our friends were friends in the truest sense of the word.
