When they are talking, you will know when they are ready to hear what you have to say. If you want to interrupt them, take a sip of water, it will stop you from interrupting. Keeping silent will let you know what is going on with your child. And when you hear what is going on, do not act as a judge ready to prosecute, impeach, arraign, indict or accuse. You are not perfect.
