A Walk down memory lane in Trinidad and Tobago.


I love cashew nuts and I eat it every day. It always tastes better every time I eat it. I remember the days when I was a little girl in Trinidad and Tobago, we used to pick ripe cashews and eat it then we would make a bonfire put the nuts in a wire basket then put it over the bonfire to roast. After they were roasted we would break off the burnt shell and eat the nuts… You talk about organic nuts. Life in Trinbago was fantastic… Everything you eat was organic.
