“Sending Money To Ask For Money”

I do not understand why the owners of foundation, charity, organization etc., put money in the envelope that they send out, to request a donation from you~ It just flabbergast me~ I am sure that I am not the only person receiving money~ They are probably sending thousands of dollars all across the country~ I believe that this money can be used to help many of their charitable cases~ I am looking at four envelopes that I have from different organizations and I am pissed~ Stop sending money to ask for money!!!...
