This is America 2019 but we are right back to the 1800. This photo made me cry. I am posting it and my heart hurts for this brown man. Two white Galveston, Texas police officers; P. Brosch and A. Smith, arrested 43-year-old Donald Neely. They tied him with a rope then made him walk between them as they rode their horse. Mr. Neely was paraded through the town. In the 1800 this type of things was done to slaves. Dear God this is America being great again.
