A wonderful safe Friday to you and your family. I do not like people who do something wrong to you and when you start to talk to them about it, they start to cry. Anytime the tears flow I do not tell them stop or show them that I empathized with them. They did shit to me so they need to own it so I say to them, “You go ahead and cry. I will talk to you when you finished crying.” I usually sit quietly during the tearful moment and when it stops, I continue.
