Every thing that is drastically wrong with this world a man did it and he is not going to stop. One of his major flaws is making the world hungry. A school district in Pennsylvania sent a letter to parents telling them that their child would be sent to Foster Care if they did not pay their lunch debt. I watched one of the men in charge of the School District defend this move.
