I believe the measure you give is the measure you are going to receive. If you are taking care of a child or an elderly person and they ask you for something that is easily accessible, make sure you give them their needs. I have seen children and adults asking for things and they are disregarded. It is heartbreaking to see them cry because of the dire need to have that thing. It might be to see and talk to someone. Some people are heartless, but later down in life they will have a need that would not be filled.
