Yoga was a
part of my exercising routine and I used to feel good. I suddenly stopped
exercising and then all the aches and pains started, but I still did not start
back exercising, until my doctor told me too. I started for many months and
some exercises I did not do. Last week I decided to get serious and back to yoga.
I must do it on my bed because even on the mat, the floor felt hard.
Reclined Hero Pose used to be one of my favorite
exercise. Four days ago, I tried doing it, but the pains were excruciating. I was crying out, “Oh God
give me strength.” Today I did it.
Although it was painful today, I know tomorrow it will be a lot better.
