Your happiness
is on you, around you… in your presence. Pause for a moment sit quietly and
think. Just look around you. At all the things you see… look at what you are
wearing. You bought all of it or some of it was given to you. Your reason for buying
and keeping it was because of the joy it brought to your heart. You still own
it so you still like or love it… Joy is happiness and happiness is on you and
around you so pay attention to yourself and what is around you. Live your life
and enjoy it too.
