On a personal note. I am not going to say the name of the college that is doing this, but is it my daughter alone who is going through this kind of situation or does colleges do this…

My daughter is majoring in art and she went to register for classes on July 08. She was told that she needs an appointment. August 04, at 2PM was the appointment date and time she was given. On August 04 she arrived one hour early, waited patiently until her name was called. Her registration started and she was told that she could not register for any Art Courses because they were reserved and she needs to speak to the Art Department. She left the registration office and went to the Art Department. Nobody was there so she phoned them and left a message. Nobody returned her phone call. Today she is making a trip hoping to see someone. What is pissing her off; out of all the colleges that accepted her she choose to go there and they are F..ing with her.
