“Camping Out For Application”

Last night from 9:00 O’clock, many parents were camping outside an elementary school in New Jersey, to get an application for their children to enter school in the fall. A man was asked about this and he said that it’s like they are in 3^rd world countries.

Trinidad and Tobago along with all the Caribbean countries are considered to be 3^rd world countries. My question is. Does Trinbagonians as well as the other Caribbean countries parents, have to camp outside of schools to get an application for elementary school?
