I sympathize with the elderly. Technology is good to an extent. Man is just advancing technology daily. I do not have a problem with that, but so many people are going to be left behind. It is a win lose situation. The young people understand and know how to work it, without problems. I have a new phone and hear we go again with me having to understand how to operate it. Every time I get knowledgeable about my phone, it dies and I have to get a new phone. I like the olden days. Life was simple and not complicated.
