Yes, mister and misses what you may call them is posting their child’s successful acceptance into specialized schools etc., best wishes to them all. Ignore it all and think about all that you can do to help your child. Find out what your child is interested in doing and help him or her on their journey to success.

At this moment I am not sipping water not even a cup of tea because I am going to speak my mind.

I like some people and I don’t like some. Self-righteous people are on the top on my list. It hurts me when I hear people say, “He too black or she too black.” You should look at yourself first before you talk. Yes, your skin tone might be shades lighter but take a good look at the too dark person. Their skin is evenly toned, looking smooth and flawless. You need to stand naked in front of a mirror and look at your skin tone. You might be same age with the too dark person but, you look ten years older. I done say what I want to say so I going and sip a glass of cucumber water. 

Thanks be to God, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said that the United States is running a concentration camps at the border, now the world have a clearer view about the inhumane situations the children in the camps are faced with daily. To all the innocent souls, God receives your plea. Amen.

I heard that the children were moved from the camps at the border and nobody knows where they are. I pray for them. Dear God rivers of tears are pouring out of these children and their parents. They are in the midst of liars and sadistic people. Heartbreaking! I pray that the children are in the hands of a savior.

My heart is heavy and I am writing about why I feel this

way. If anyone is offended by my post feel free to unfriend

me. I remember when I was 9 years old, a 4^th standard or

grade student, one of my sisters told me about getting my periods. I cried because I was about to lose my childhood. One year later at age 10, I was a young lady. It was the most nauseating time of my life. On the first day of menstruation; I used to get very bad abdominal pains, I couldn’t eat or drink anything, I used to puke and I had chills, but I had the comfort of a bedroom. Imagine 9 years plus young ladies in the camps at the border, having the same nauseating pains during their menstruation. They probably have a cot to sleep on or they sleep on ground. There is no privacy. Humanity is dead.

This earth is generated by Selfishness, Wickedness and Deceitfulness! And I pray.

Dear God, Thank you for grace and peace. Thank you for mercy.

Ps. 52. Why boastest thou thyself in mischief, O mighty man? the goodness of God endureth continually. The tongue deviseth mischiefs; like a sharp razor, working deceitfully. Thou lovest evil more than good; and lying rather than to speak righteousness. Thou lovest all devouring words, O thou deceitful tongue. God shall likewise destroy thee forever, he shall take thee away, and pluck thee out of thy dwelling place, and root thee out of the land of the living. The devil is at hand. Sunday is a day that most people use as their day of meditation. A day of quietness, reflection and to spend a closer time with God, but the devil has chosen this day to reign; bringing disquiet to many people. Dear God I know that you are in charge. Thanks be to God for mercy. ICE is going to go after minorities and we have to remember that it doesn’t matter what man decides to do, God is in charge. I pray that we all get strength and courage to face the days ahead.

Sometime you have to take what you get until you get what you need.

The internet is an open book! Everything you post Google and the other internet stalkers, keeps a copy on file. So, talk to your children about their post and share because some people love to share private moment.  One thing I never liked and never did was take nude pictures. Since I know myself, standing in front of the mirror looking at front, backside and the cookie for my view. Any way no man ever asked me to take a naked picture. If I was asked, my response would be, “You want to control me. What kind of a perverted shit is that?

I grew up drinking coffee. I love the smell and the taste. I stopped drinking it because of the way I felt after I drink it. The coffee wasn’t making me feel sick, but the milk and sugar was. My father always drank a cup of black coffee in the morning and in the evening. Paul told me that he heard if you put salt in coffee it takes away the bitterness and it taste good. I told him that must be true because when we got the cold, my mother used to put golden ray butter (as Trinbagonians call it; salt butter.) in black coffee. I liked how it tasted. This mixture used to knock out the cold. Anyway, I saw a new study about coffee. It takes away pain etc., It was hard to drink black coffee but I am having a cup daily because it really does take away my pain.

I believe law makers make laws to protect themselves and also to intimidate people. Imagine you are 21 years yet you look 15, 16 or even younger, and you are called to do jury duty. You sit in court face to face with a criminal. How uncomfortable is that? People 25 years and older are the ones who should be called to do jury duty.

Happy Wednesday to you and your family. Enjoy your day. Most people say, “Happy hump day.”  It really means getting over the struggles of the week, but I don’t like that statement because it makes me think about… And on a Wednesday, the middle of the week my mind should stay out of the gutter.

Skin rashes: psoriasis, hives etc., Chronic dry eyes, Collagen disorders, Constipation, Auto-immune liver damage and hepatitis, Kidney problems, Headaches, Lack of Balance and Coordination.

Some of these allergies happens to me when I eat wheat products. It took me a while to stop eating wheat and also to stop having sugar.

At 3:30 this morning my eyes opened and I was wide awake. Sleep was far from my eyes so I got off the bed and I did this and that. I’m still up not feeling sleepy so I am going to keep myself busy. I will do something that I have been putting off for a while. Anyway, enjoy your day and be safe.

I want to say thanks to my parents for nurturing me into adulthood making sure I enjoyed my childhood. My days as a child were spent outside in the yard or roaming the neighborhood. The adults in the neighborhood did play their part in my development. Point Fortin, Trinidad and Tobago people were very respectable people. Tableland people were also respectable. My summer holidays were spent in Tableland. My cousin and I, 9 and 10 years of age used to walk two miles from our grandparents’ home to my grandfather’s garden. The road was through the forest. It was dismal but every now and then an adult man or woman would pass us, saying hello as they walked on. We walked as fast as we could. The only thing I used to worry about were our folklore characters. Douen ---(The unbaptized spirit of a child.) and La Diablesse ---(The devil’s bride) coming to attack us. Today it pains me to hear how adults rob children of their innocence. How can anyone feel joy from inflicting pain?

A wonderful safe Sunday to you and your family. I believe kindness is a natural staple in life. You either have it in you or you don’t. Remember when you exchange goods or services you are bartering. When you do something for someone and you expect payment you are doing business. When you give freely without wanting payment you are extending kindness.

I believe and this is my opinion, people should only eat what doesn’t make them feel sick. If you eat something, even if it is deemed to be healthy and it makes you sick, don’t eat it again. Do a food testing and see what make you feel good or sick. Starting eating what your body loves. Have a nice day.
