When Hurricane Katrina took place and they were busing people from the shelters, they put children on one bus and parents on another. When I saw that on the news, I told my children if we ever get in a situation where we have to separate we are not going. Harold also said that we are all going to stay and die together. Separating children has been happening in the US since slavery so what is happening today is not new. LORD have mercy.
