There is always something or someone to make us happy, sad, calm… so on and so on. I say a prayer for you regardless of your story.

Our father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come, Thy WILL be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Ex. 14:13-14. Fear not! Stand your ground and you will see the victory the LORD will win for you today. The LORD himself will fight for you, you only have to keep still. Amen.

Ps. 19:13-15. Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor before you, O LORD, my rock, and my redeemer. Amen.
