I feel men should not bad talk a woman. Yes, she might have treated you badly, but you should not partake in trashing her to Tom, Dick and Harry. It belittles you making you less of a man. The friends you talk to will want to know what you did to  retaliate against the maltreatment. If you did not do anything they will start degrading, you. Calling you a little boy, soft man, piece ah man, etc.

Men should walk away leaving the horrible person behind. Ride out the hurt by talking to an elderly person you don’t know personally. It helps. And remember Life is not going to leave you unloved. Someone will come along bringing joy to your heart.
