There are the ages that you can make suggestions or give advice to your child/children, and they are okay with it and there are the ages when they don’t want to hear from you. When you get to that point, it is time for your adult child to go. It is not healthy for them to be living in your home, and they start treating you as though you are a child. Humans are the only species who allow their adult children to live in their home.
