We really do it to ourselves.

Last year I used to go to the bathroom, close the door and jog on the spot for an hour. I cut out rice, flour, dairy and sugar. I lost 45 pounds and was feeling good. I went back to some of my old ways and the weight started back to add up. As I said before, we do it to ourselves. When I realized what I was doing I stopped and I am back to square one. I am working on getting fit… healthy.
