The world is topsy-turvy. Adults in important positions are telling lies without a hitch. You must wonder what is their endgame.

One thing in life you cannot get rid of is your bills. They come every month and is always higher than the bills from the month before.

Not paying your bills makes them sit on a table, pile up, and you worry about them… They become like a ton of bricks on you.

I know that freely give, freely receive really works, so stop complaining and worrying about your bills… Starting paying them.

There are times I don’t like Facebook because of the foolishness I see posted, but today, I thank God for it. I met some relatives…Valentine. Tracye Valentine you are a Godsend. I thank God for you starting us along the journey of finding our relatives. The Valentine family is big. I spoke to two cousins. Richard Valentine and his mother. She is 89 years. It is a blessing to make it to 70 and added numbers to 70 is a joy. It was very nice to hear how young and upbeat she sounds.

I got a number for a cousin, Sandra Valentine. I dialed the number and when I got her on the phone I realized she is my cousin Cassandra Valentine. She used to spend summer holidays with us. Getting on to my long-lost cousins is heavenly! I thank God for Facebook...

I do not see anything wrong with 10 years and younger age difference between couples. Eleven years and up is another story.

Cougar! A cat in the wild. I have been hearing the term cougar being used and I don’t like it. To me your ass old, you are in a relationship with a younger man and you are trying to glorify it.

You don’t have to shout for God to hear you.

I like Psalm 19. I love Verses 1-4. The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.

There are 150 Psalms in the Bible and I know that one touches you in a special way, that is your psalm. If you know your psalm don’t forget to make it your mantra. If you don’t know it find it. God’s word was given to us for life…

Ladies if you love your boyfriends or husbands and you want them to be healthy, pay attention to how they live day to day. Men don’t say when they are feeling sick. They ignore how they are feeling and think it will go away. You must be on your P’s and Q’s with them.

I like mongrels or as we called them in Trinbago pot-hound. My pot-hound’s name was Bruno. He never bit anyone. He used to lie down on the ground in the yard, people would come to our home to visit, walk by him, he would raise his head and look at them then put his head back down on the ground. A nice peaceful dog

But I must say, “Each man to his own accord.”

I do not like pit bulls. There is always, a horrible vicious attack on humans by them.

Last night inside a home in Riverdale Avenue, East New York, 2 pit bulls mauled a 5-year-old boy.

Hearing about this child makes me dislike pit bulls more. I do not visit homes with pit bulls. When I am walking on the street and I see someone walking with one I cross the street to the other side. I have a lot of respect for that dog.

As my father, used to say, “He is a damn liar. He has no damn shame!” America at its best and the world is watching.

Only God know how heartbroken I am. I thank God for the wonderful memorial Stuart is getting. I pray that his journey home is safe and trouble free. Love you Stuatie.

When I was home in 2011 Stuart hugged me so tightly yet gently and I always remember the moment. LORD I did not know it was my last hug from him. I know your grandfather, grandmother and uncle are waiting to welcome you so it brings a little peace to my heart. I love you so much…  REST IN PEACE!

My nephew Stuart Valentine passed yesterday and I am in shock. Heartbroken is an understatement for how I am feeling. He was my sister Claudette’s first born and her only son. Dear God, thank you, for giving her strength and courage.

Stuart was kind, gentle and a very honest to goodness person to his family and friends. We love him. I pray that his journey home is safe and trouble free.
