I am not a doctor but this is my home remedy for a fever, cough and cold. I make a cup of cinnamon tea and I drink it hot. Please share your home remedy for coughs, colds and fever. Boil a stick or piece of cinnamon, sweeten it with brown sugar or however you like then drink it. It will make you sweat out the infection. Also take your vitamins. Take Vitamin A, C, D3, and Zinc. Build up your immune system, bones and muscles.

Did this ever happen to you? Every time I put on a particular outfit I would come in contact with the same person. When I see them, I usually say to myself, “What the ass is this?” I would try to figure out when was the last time I saw the person. I know that a Trinbagonian will be saying to themselves, “That is ah uniform she wearing because every time I see she, she, wearing the same thing. Is like she ketching she ass.”

June 19th is Juneteenth. Juneteenth (short for “June Nineteenth”) is a holiday commemorating the end of slavery in the United States. After the war ended in the spring of 1865, General Granger arrived in Galveston that June announcing freedom for Texas’s 250,000 slaves. Emancipation didn’t happen overnight for everyone. Some slave owners withheld the information until after harvest season. Freed Blacks celebrated and Juneteenth was born. Slavery in America was formally abolished with the acceptance of the 13th Amendment in December 1865. Blacks are no longer shackled they are murdered brazenly. THE HOODS ARE OFF!
One of the scariest uncomfortable feeling is when you are eating something and a little piece slip down your throat. You start coughing and gasping for air. I could just imagine how George Floyd felt as that brute beast knelt on his neck. I pray There is no peace, saith the LORD, unto the wicked. Amen. Isaiah 48:22.

We take so many things in life for granted. Just moving our body is one of the treasures of life. I have the unhealthiest diet but if I don’t follow it, I feel sick. I suffer with low lever sodium. Just drinking a glass of water and not having enough sodium in my body makes me feel stiff. Moving is the hardest thing to do so I have to make sure I take in salt. Most of this is my fault because I did ignore my body when it was letting me know that something was wrong. Thanks be to God I am paying attention to it. So, I pray; “Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for you are the one that I praise. Amen. Jeremiah 17:14
