Brittney Gilliam, an African American woman, her 6 years old daughter, 12 years old sister, 14 and 17-year-old nieces were stopped by white police officers. The white police officers ordered them to get out of the car and on the ground. They were then handcuffed and guns were pointed at them. Ms. Gilliam’s car was recorded as stolen, but that was a false alarm.
