Trinbagonians I have to talk about this. Years ago, when you buy pholourie you used to get at least 10 to 12 in a bag with mango chutney. Today when you buy pholourie you get no more than 6 and the seller would ask you what kind of sauce you want. Sauce! It is time to grate some green mango and make some chutney. Stop pouring sauce on the pholourie making it soggy.
