Our conversation lasted about 10 minutes the first day we met. I thought it was interesting; he was a handsome man, well learned, but I couldn’t read him. The second, third and fourth time, the conversation was longer and my heart started to say yes… then one cold winter night 21 years ago he knocked my door.
