Some men are disrespectful to women. I believe every woman is going to experience some type of abuse from a man and that is shameful. Most men were nurtured by a woman. Many of them accept the nurturing and are respectful. Some of them are arrogant and self-righteous and believe that they have permission to be disrespectful. This reminds me of the old Trinbago folks saying, “Yuh make yuh child, but yuh doh make dey mind.”
